ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 650 9013-0001 PA 650: Easy to process and can be run as a drop-in replacement for other commercially available PA 12 laser sintering powders. More recyclable than competitive powders, has improved part surface finish, and part detail. The dry powder flow has been optimized.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 250 9013-0002 PA 250: Engineered for excellent mechanical properties, part definition and surface finish. Stabilized against thermal degradation resulting in little or no scrap material, with typical virgin refresh rates from 15 to 25%. Good temperature control is required to process this material.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA D80-ST 9013-0003 PA D80-ST: Unfilled, color stabilized nylon 11 material that is also stabilized to prevent thermal degradation. Parts produced from PA D80-ST exhibit superior mechanical properties. Relatively inexpensive, but parts exhibit a slightly rougher surface finish. Good temperature control is required to process this material.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 860 9013-0005 PA 860: PA 11 formulated for easy processing. Parts produced from PA 860 exhibit outstanding mechanical properties without the need to double scan. This material also exhibits very little outgassing, which decreases the potential for “fogging” on the laser window.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 850 9013-0006 PA 850 Black: Melt mixed black PA 11 that is formulated for easy processing. Parts produced from PA 850 Black exhibit outstanding mechanical properties without the need to double scan. This material also exhibits very little outgassing, which decreases the potential for “fogging” on the laser window.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 614-GS 9013-0007 PA 614-GS: Glass sphere filled material which can be run as a drop-in replacement for other commercially available 40% glass sphere filled PA 12 laser sintering powders. However, the PA 614-GS is more recyclable, produces a better part surface finish, and the dry powder flow has been optimized.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 615-GS 9013-0008 PA 615-GS: Highly glass sphere filled material for improved dimensional stability, increased stiffness, and higher temperature applications when compared to unfilled PA. Drop-in replacement for other commercially available 50% glass sphere filled PA 12 laser sintering powders. However, the PA 615 is more recyclable, produces a better part surface finish, and the dry powder flow has been optimized.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 415-GS 9013-0009 PA 415-GS: A 40% glass sphere filled nylon 12 with good mechanical properties and surface finish. It is stabilized against thermal degradation, so you will see a reduction in scrap material similar to PA 250. Good temperature control is required to process this material.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 640-GSL 9013-0010 PA 640-GSL: Easy to process, extremely light weight filled PA 12 material with improved dimensional stability, recyclability, increased stiffness, good Z direction properties and good for higher temperature applications.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 602-CF 9013-0011 PA 602-CF: Carbon fiber filled nylon 12 with low density, good dimensional stability and a high tensile modulus and HDT of ~177° C.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 603-CF 9013-0012 PA 603-CF Black: Black, highly carbon fiber filled nylon 12 with a very high tensile modulus and HDT.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 620-MF 9013-0013 PA 620-MF: Mineral fiber filled nylon 12 with good dimensional stability and a high tensile modulus and HDT of ~177° C. Has higher recyclability compared to competitive materials.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 650-A 9013-0014 PA 605-A: Aluminum filled nylon 12 that can produce accurate parts with excellent part strength and surface detail. Improved heat transfer, good dimensional stability andpleasant gray metallic part appearance. Easy to post process; good machinability and can be sanded.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA802-CF 9013-0015 PA 802-CF Black Highly carbon fiber filled, melt mixed black nylon 11 with low density, good dimensional stability and a very high tensile modulus and HDT. It produces parts with very high elongation to break compared to CF filled PA 12. PA 601-CF (nylon 12) has a 3.6% elongation to break versus PA 802-CF BLK (nylon 11) which has a 17.0% elongation to break.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 803-CF 9013-0016 PA 803-CF Black: Very highly carbon fiber filled, melt mixed black nylon 11 with low density, good dimensional stability and a very high tensile modulus and HDT. It produces parts with high elongation to break (6 to 7%) compared to similarly filled competitive materials.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 840 GSL 9013-0017 PA 840 GSL Black: Easy to process, extremely light weight, filled nylon 11 material with improved dimensional stability, recyclability, increased stiffness, good Z direction properties and good for higher temperature applications. Higher elongation to break compared to the comparable filled PA 12 material. PA 640-GSL (nylon 12) is 2.6% elongation to break versus PA 840-GSL BLK (nylon 11) which is 5.3%. HDT of ~177° C.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 820-MF 9013-0018 PA 820-MF: Mineral fiber filled nylon 11 with good dimensional stability and a high tensile modulus and HDT. Improved physical properties compared to the comparable filled PA 12 material.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 816-GS 9013-0019 PA 816-GS: Highly glass sphere filled PA 11 material for improved dimensional stability, increased stiffness, and higher temperature applications when compared to unfilled PA. Improved physical properties compared to the comparable filled PA 12 material.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS FR 106 9013-0020 FR 106: Fire retarded nylon 11 material, which meets FAR 25.853. The parts produced from FR-106 exhibit superior mechanical properties, while maintaining high levels of fire retardancy. This material is based on D80-ST.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS PA 606-FR 9013-0021 PA 606-FR: Easy to process fire retarded nylon 12 material, which meets FAR 25.853. The parts produced from PA 606-FR exhibit outstanding part detail and surface finish.
ALM MATERIALS PLASTICS TPE-210 9013-0022 TPE 210: Is a thermoplastic elastomer used to produce parts with “rubber like” qualities. TPE 210-S exhibits good feature definition and infiltration with polyurethane will impart even higher toughness and abrasion resistance.
